Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Any Products brought during the sales period are not eligible for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to website and nativagte to the footer . Under
    TRACK OR RETURN/EXCHANGE ORDER click on the PLACE RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST
  2. Package the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a free pickup from your address.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check before processing your refund.

Refunds 

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 5-10 business days after the return is approved.

  • Secure Packaging: Ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Labeling: Include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.
  • Condition: All items must be in unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact.

Once we receive the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours for prepaid orders.
